Refund Policy

ATBC Liability Waiver & Release of Claims

Effective Date: 01/01/2026

This Liability Waiver and Release of Claims (“Waiver”) is entered into by the client (“Client”) and ATBC (Ash the Bartending Chick) (“ATBC”) in connection with bartending and/or beverage services provided for the Client’s event.

Assumption of Risk Client understands and acknowledges that alcohol consumption involves inherent risks, including but not limited to intoxication, injury, property damage, and third-party harm. Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with alcohol service at the event.

Release & Waiver of Liability Client agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless ATBC MOBILE BAR , its owners, contractors, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to: Alcohol consumption by event guests Guest behavior or misconduct Property damage caused by guests Injuries sustained by guests or third parties this includes claims arising from negligence to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Legal Compliance Client agrees that: All guests consuming alcohol are of legal drinking age. No illegal substances will be present. ATBC staff may refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated, disorderly, or underage Client understands ATBC’s decisions regarding service refusal are final and non-negotiable.

Guest Responsibility Client accepts full responsibility for the conduct and actions of all guests before, during, and after the event. ATBC is not responsible for monitoring guest behavior beyond alcohol service.

Venue & Property Damage Client assumes responsibility for any damages caused by guests to the venue, private property, rental items, or ATBC equipment during the event.🌦 Outdoor & Environmental Conditions For outdoor events, Client agrees to provide adequate shelter for ATBC staff and equipment. ATBC reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if conditions become unsafe.

Indemnification Client agrees to indemnify and defend ATBC against any claims, lawsuits, damages, or legal fees resulting from the event, guest behavior, or alcohol consumption.

Acknowledgment & Acceptance By booking services with ATBC, submitting payment, or signing below, Client confirms that they: Have read and understand this waiver Agree to all terms voluntarily Accept full responsibility as outlined above
